Yes, in the event that a customer does not have access to internet nor hold a debit card. Our team member will be delighted to assist you to place your order. However, all payment should be credited into our bank account before any delivery.

We save you the hassle and we take care of your shopping without you being physically at the Store. We charge a Compulsory Processing Fee of SCR 25 per order regardless of your mode of delivery.
You are able to cancel your order 24hrs, after same have been received. As per our policy, all refund should be done via bank transfer after 30 days. You will also be charged 3.5% deductible on the total amount of your order. If you wish to cancel your order after 24hrs, No Refund will be applicable.
Good once sold are not returnable. In case of any discrepancy with an item, we should be notified on the same day or less than 24hrs for a replacement or exchange at the same cost.
