If the product you buy from 0 Cents Store is faulty or defective, at our discretion we may offer for a replacement or exchange at the same cost. Any additional charges should be settled directly at the Store.
0 Cents Store will happily refund your purchase, in the event that you may not accept between the two options provided. If the returned item is approved for refund, 0 Cents Store will initiate a refund to the purchaser’s credit/debit card after 30 days.
