0 Cents Store is a website operated solely and this Shipping Policy contains the details of the methods involved in delivery, the periods and the charges that are applied to the orders for the products made through our website or by telephone.
The policy does not create the legally enforceable rights and the obligations infact it merely indicates the usual practices involved in the relation to the delivery of the products.
We offer a range of delivery service, which are available and selected upon check-out.
Delivery Charges
- 0 Cents Store charges between SCR 50.00 to SCR 250.00 per invoice for delivery, depending on the region and selected mode of delivery.
- Value Delivery – Applicable to ALL orders value as from SCR 3,500 is FREE delivery and same applies all over the Islands including Praslin & La-Digue. Delivery service is within 2-3 days and for customers on the Inner-Islands, items will be shipped depending on availability of the carrier vessel.
- Standard Delivery – Depending on your location, you are recommended to select the right district to conduct your delivery service. Starting from SCR 50.00 to SCR 250.00 your items will be delivered right in front of your door step within 2-3 days.
- Standard Delivery (Praslin & La-Digue) – Inner Islands, we have you cover. Upon receipt of payment, we will process your order and deliver your goods at the Inter-Island-Quay subject to boat availability for respective Islands at a cost of SCR 50.00. Do take note, all dues for the carrier vessel should be settled directly with the crew members upon collection of your items.
- Express Delivery – Is the fastest form of shipping. At an additional SCR 100.00 on top of your selected delivery. If your order has been placed before 1200hrs it will be organized on the same day otherwise, you will receive your purchase the next working day.
- Collection at the Store – Order can be received either via our website, email or telephone. Once we receive payment, the process of your order will follow and after that you will be notified via same mode of contact to organize the pick-up delivery. Collection at the Store is FREE.
Due to the number of orders and shortage of boxes may arise. We highly recommend that upon collection of your purchase, please bring along your Shopping Bags or something ideal and convenient. Shopping Bags are available at the Store, at an additional cost which should be settled directly.
Additional Charges
0 Cents Store team saves you the hassle and we do all your shopping without you being physically at the Store. We cater and prepare your items for delivery and collection services.
We charge a Compulsory Processing Fee of SCR 25 per invoice, regardless of your delivery choice. Same will be applicable automatically upon check-out.
Delivery Time
0 Cents Store provides the easy tracking status and this will be notified via email/SMS. Once the order has been placed, customer is regularly being notified through the status till the order gets delivered.
Your status will be updated, as soon as we receive the payment.

There’s absolutely no need for you to worry, our team members will be with you all along the way. Once your order is ready for collection/delivery, we shall be in touch via e-mail/SMS to organize your preferred timing for delivery depending availability on our Timeslot.
